I have been selling online since 1998, I have had my showroom since 2003, and I am the fourth generation in the home furnishings industry.  I started this business because my parents were avid collectors of American antiques, Oriental rugs, and antique needlepoint, samplers, and theorems.  As a result, I developed a lifelong passion for all things related to the "needle arts."

My business philosophy is simple:

• I won't sell anything I wouldn't put in my own home or give as a gift to my mother (or mother-in-law), both of whom have impeccable taste.
• Shipping is always free to the 48 States.  (After all, you shouldn't be punished for not living in New Jersey.)
• You can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of all monies paid.  If you don't want it, don't keep it.  No restocking fees, no surcharges, no funny business.  No kidding!  (The only exception is for items in our Private Pillow Sale.  They're sold at 50% off and unfortunately are not returnable.  See our "Best-in-the-Business" Return Policy page for more details.)

I am a member of the Better Business Bureau, The American Needlepoint Guild (ANG), and The National NeedleArts Association (TNNA).

In addition to pillows and cushions, we are well-known for our custom Oriental rugs, hooked rugs, mirrors, furniture, lighting, marine paintings, porcelain, and prints—the vast majority of which are exclusive to us.  These can be viewed at our showroom or on our parent site: www.RichardRothstein.com.

I sell pillows all over the world, and of I'm proud of the fact that our pillows are in places such as Buckingham Palace and the White House, but they're also in my house, my friends' and neighbors' houses, and I'm hopeful your house too.  And frankly that's even better!
